Our truffles are infused with natures own goodness. Being in the markets brings us closer to the source and we use regional ingredients whenever possible, and outside ingredients are met with the highest standards.

The original Truffle. A magical blend of high quality chocolate, real cream and butter, finished off with a coating of dark German chocolate.

Chocolate Creams

• Chocolate Mousse: A real classic. From an old recipe this mousse is thick and lush. Something to be experienced.
• Almond Encrusted Chocolate Pate: A silky chocolate cream covered with almonds set upon a delicious thin chocolate cake and sided with caramel sauce. You don't know what you're missing.

Chocolate Enrobed Brownies

We start with a very chocolate chunky dense brownie then the life of brownie has a few choices.

• Regular Enrobed Brownie Bites: There is nothing regular about them. These 3" chocolate encased goodies are ready for any party or personal indulgence.
• Mini Enrobed Brownie Bites: Take the 3" and cut them into something even more portionable. Quick anytime treats or perfect to mix and match for favors.
• Brownie Pops: An idea that blossomed out of a conversation, we take the 3" brownie and place it on a stick. Dunk it in dark chocolate, then pen with white chocolate various designs. Great for kids (or kid like adults).
