Edible Chocolate Roses

Hand crafted chocolate petals make these roses very special, and edible. It is not a mold, it is not a solid. We create our own edible modeling chocolate with the same wonderful chocolate we use in our chocolate truffles to create these mini-masterpieces.

Dark & White Chocolate Roses

Roses are available currently in a dark chocolate or white chocolate varietal. If you would like a mixed arrangement or a white chocolate with color please let us know in the comment box during pre-checkout to let us know. We will accommodate if we can. We find these very special and want to do what we can to make it very special for you.

Each rose is made to order wrapped in tissue paper and cellophane as you might find at a florist. They come as a single stem, half-dozen, or dozen. Roses are also covered to prevent moisture loss. These roses age gracefully. Early in their life they have a certain suppleness which over time will harden. They can be eaten at any stage. Earlier will be chewy, later will be like a chocolate bar. Or you can enjoy them as an art piece for a very long time.
