With the first week of May containing Teacher Appreciation Day, and the second week Mother’s Day, we usually see a scramble for the chocolate. The TSC family has a lot of teachers in the ranks so we know what teachers like, and it’s not the apple or another coffee cup mug. It’s food! And what better to give than some delicious chocolates!

As well it’s always good to show the love back to your mom with an assortment of goodies you know she’ll appreciate.

A reminder that we ship Monday through Wednesday so don’t let the event dates themselves get past your order dates. We can accommodate somewhat with so me expedited shipping, but that’s no guarantee or excuse for not getting us your needs met early!

The weather around the country is whiplashing as Spring wants to be here. Well it’s fully arrived in our Chocolate lineup as our Spring flavors debuted on Spring weekend.

We’ve been partying around the Charlotte area visiting fundraisers to gallery crawls to show our truffles, tortes, light and yet rich chocolate pate, and our new retail selections of 3, 1oz truffle packs & Mini-Brownie bites.

We’ve taken the best and applied it all around. As we grow we are looking for places that can house our retail gems. The only real requirement is the need for some temperature stability so if you know of a place that would fit well with us, let us know!

We hope to see you out on Easter weekend and we’ve been warned by several of our fantastic customers that Lint has created a gnawing inside them for our chocolate treats and the table may be ransacked! If you are one of these ravenous customers please give us a heads up so we can account for your needs right!

With a broad raffle and a lot of people having fun entering, we had a huge pool to draw from for our recent Valentine’s contest. We were happy to inform those lucky raffle holders that they had some chocolate goodies to collect! You can read about it on our blog, Winners Get the Best Chocolate.

Come check us out at the Yorkmont Farmers’ Market and for just a couple more weeks, the Tailgate Market on Saturday morning. Don’t forget we can help with your holiday gatherings as well!

Our latest truffle creations are Holiday Spice and Cranberry-Orange. They are unbelievably good! We continue from fall to winter with our warming infusions of Cinnamon, Ginger, Star Anise, and Ancho. Of course we cannot forget our regular wonders of Pure Chocolate, and Espresso.

If you really want to impress, get one of each with our special of eight large truffles for the price of seven or a combo box of 4 large truffles and 2 brownie big bites. If your looking to give some one a treat, we recommend our sampler boxes. Our line up currently includes

We say a final farewell to Basil, but thanks to our friends at Green Monster Garden we have a small reserve for special requests!

We’re now at Yorkmont Farmers Market on Saturday’s from 7:30a-1:00pm. They have us moving around quite a lot right now so you might have to hunt for us. Many times we are in outdoor building ‘A’, but can also be found in the enclosed building ‘B’. If you would like us to have an order prepared for you just let us know.

We are still at the Tailgate Market as well until its seasonal close around Christmas.

A new season a new site. Can you believe we already outgrew our first? Now we can take orders for those wanting to send to relatives far and wide. If you are buying local however place your orders through our contact forms. Our shipping orders are all given refrigerated boxes and ice-packs to make it safely to their destinations which adds a lot of cost you don’t need to incur locally.

We can currently be found at the Tailgate Market Tuesday’s and Saturday’s. The Tailgate will not be open after a certain time so we are working on getting in the Yorkmont farmers market and will hopefully be counted in next Spring’s Matthew’s farmers market.

We are putting out the new Fall infusion lineup which will consist of items like: cinnamon, anise, ancho, and more. As we refine the development we’ll keep everyone updated. For a current idea feel free to give us a call.
