Chocolate Truffles
The perfect truffle begins with the perfect chocolate. Ours is American craft chocolate — full-bodied, with real character. We melt it with hot cream into a smooth ganache, cut it into clean squares, enrobe each one, and finish them by hand: colored cocoa butter, a ripple design, gold leaf, or a printed transfer-sheet top (we can even set your corporate logo). Soft to the tooth, in small batches.
Real-ingredient infusions
Our flavored truffles are infused with whole ingredients, each handled its own way to coax the flavor into the ganache: cinnamon steeped in hot cream, delicate basil cold-soaked overnight.
